What the app does
PesaFlow helps you record and review transactions, budgets, bills, debts, savings goals, and related personal-finance information. It is a record-keeping and planning tool, not a bank, payment account, lender, investment adviser, tax adviser, or substitute for professional advice. You remain responsible for checking entries and making financial decisions.
Your information and device
Keep your device, app lock, and exported files secure. SMS import and notification access are optional and require Android permissions. You are responsible for choosing whether to import or share files and for ensuring that information you enter or import is accurate and that you have authority to use it.
Subscriptions
No paid plan is offered unless and until a plan is shown in the app with its price, duration, renewal status, and applicable payment terms. Any prepaid plan must be presented with clear price and expiry before payment. No automatic renewal should be assumed. If the app is distributed through Google Play, purchases of digital app features must follow the billing options permitted by Google Play for the user’s country and the enrolled program; M-Pesa checkout must not be enabled in a Play build unless that route is allowed by the applicable Play policy.
Availability and limits
The app is provided as available. Offline storage can be lost if the device is damaged, reset, or the app is removed; make backups if you choose, and protect those files. We do not guarantee that imported SMS parsing is complete or error-free. You should verify financial records against original statements.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or infrastructure, or use the app unlawfully. PesaPlanner/PesaFlow branding, software, and site content belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the app for personal or business record-keeping subject to applicable law and these terms.
Changes, termination, and law
We may update features or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. You may stop using the app at any time and remove local data by clearing storage or uninstalling; see Data deletion. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law and dispute venue should be finalized by the publisher after legal review in Kenya.
